FMC4ME Employee Benefits: With the FMC4ME portal, employees can now access a wide range of resources from any device, anywhere, at any time. The portal has several benefits that make the lives of many employees easier.

Take Advantage Of FMC4ME Employee Benefits
If you work for Fresenius Medical Care, you can use the FMC4ME portal to get some benefits.
FMC4ME’s main goal is to create a culture of leadership and value that makes employees feel like they are important. They can take better care of each other and their patients if they put their patients first.
Since 2014, more than 5,100 leaders have taken part in Leading with Values. They have learned how to set and reach goals, work together well, and give themselves and others power.
A section called the FMC4ME Employee Service Center has been made to help everyone in the organization take care of their mental health.
Many tools can help you find a good balance between work and life, build resilience, keep your body healthy, deal with family issues, deal with financial problems, care for others, stop using drugs, deal with chronic illness, and stop feeling lonely.
When something bad happens or an emergency happens, the CARES Fund lets them help their employees financially.
When employees need money, they can call this dedicated call center, which can help them within 48 hours. All employees at all levels and in all parts of the company put money into the CARES Fund.
First-Year Focus is meant to give employees a world-class experience when they are being hired, onboarded, trained, and developed. In 2020, First-Year Focus will affect a total of 9,182 clinical staff.
Fresenius Kidney Care is the first dialysis provider to offer a Clinical Advancement Program for registered nurses. This project-based professional development program encourages nurses to do their best work.
Fresenius Kidney Care does more than just dialysis. They also have programs for nurses to help them get ahead. Nurses are raised in a culture of nursing excellence through this project-based training program.

We offer a wide range of benefits to make sure our employees have everything they need, from health care and retirement benefits to discounts on products and services. We put our employees first because they are the ones who make a big difference every day in the lives of our patients.
FMCNA Benefits
The benefits that FMCNA gives to its employees are briefly explained below. Employees are eligible based on how many hours they work each week or how long they have been with the company.

Medical Insurance
At FMCNA, we care about the health of our staff. FMCNA offers three PPO medical plans (Consumer, Standard, and Premium) and a High Deductible medical plan (Health Saver with HSA) to meet the healthcare needs of our employees and their dependents. There are also alternatives to HMOs in some states.
Dental Insurance
FMCNA gives its employees and their dependents a choice of dental plans. These plans help pay for routine and preventive dental care from a large network of dentists.
Vision Insurance
FMCNA gives our employees and their dependents access to a vision plan that gives them access to a nationwide network of private practice optometrists and ophthalmologists as well as retail chain providers who are easy to find.
Life Insurance
Basic life, accidental death and dismemberment, and business travel accident insurance are all things that FMCNA offers. Employees can also choose to get extra life insurance in amounts that are between 1 and 8 times their salary.
Short-Term Disability
Eligible employees of FMCNA can choose to join a short-term disability plan that pays them up to 60% of their salary if they are sick or hurt and can’t work.
Long-Term Disability
All employees who work 30 hours or more per week get a long-term disability plan from FMCNA. If you get sick or hurt and can’t work, the plan will pay you up to 60% of your salary.
401(k)
At FMCNA we care about our employees not only while they are with us, but also in retirement. FMCNA offers a 401(k) plan to help employees save for their retirement. The plan offers two types of employee contributions – traditional (pre-tax) or Roth (after-tax).
Flexible Spending Accounts
Flexible Spending Accounts are offered by FMCNA. There are two kinds: Health Care FSA and Dependent Care FSA.
Flexible Spending Accounts let you increase your take-home pay by saving pre-tax money that you can use throughout the year to pay for your and your dependents’ healthcare costs and/or daycare costs.
Commuter Benefits
FMCNA has commuter benefits that help pay for some transportation and parking costs related to work before taxes are taken out.
There are two kinds of Commuter Benefits: parking and public transportation. You choose a pre-tax amount that will be taken out of your pay each pay period and put in your Parking and/or Transit Flexible Spending Account.
Paid Time Off (PTO)/Vacation
Through our PTO program, employees who qualify can use earned time off for vacations, holidays, sick days, and personal time.
Employees who are allowed to start getting PTO on their first full pay period after one month.
The number of hours you work each week, your position in the organization, and how long you’ve worked for FMCNA all affect how much you earn.
Extended Sick Leave (ESL)
Eligible employees will get ESL, which can be used when an employee is sick or hurt and can’t go to work.
Scholarship Program
FMCNA pays for scholarships for the children and grandchildren of its employees.
FMCNA Cares Fund
The CARES Fund, which stands for Compassionate Assistance and Relief for Employees in Need of Support, is a company-funded resource that helps employees and their families who have been hurt by natural disasters, accidents, or other terrible events.
Tuition Reimbursement
FMCNA cares about its employees’ careers, and one way we help them is by helping those who qualify to pay for school.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
The EAP gives employees a wide range of confidential counseling services, such as help with anxiety and stress, marital and family problems, legal and financial planning help, referrals for child care, and so on.
Virtual Visits (Formerly Telemedicine)
FMCNA knows that life can be busy. That’s why we offer Virtual Visits, which let eligible employees and their dependents talk to a doctor on their computer or mobile device about minor health problems. Virtual Visits for mental health are also covered by the plan.
Note: HMO enrollees are not eligible.
Retail Health Clinics
These walk-in health care clinics, which are available at many CVS, Walgreens, Rite Aid, and MedSpring stores, can treat minor to serious problems quickly and cheaply.
They are also more convenient and easier to get to. Most of the time, people on the FMCNA medical plan only have to pay a small copay.
Fitness Club Discounts
Employees with FMCNA national medical plans can get a portion of their fitness club fees back every year.
Employee Discounts
FMCNA gives its employees discounts on a wide range of things, such as home and car insurance, computers, gym memberships, cell phone plans, name-brand products, and much more.
Voluntary Benefits
FMCNA gives its employees more options for insurance that they pay for. Among these are Hospital Indemnity Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, and Universal Life Insurance.
Legal Insurance
Legal coverage isn’t just for big problems; it’s also for the little things you need help with every day. FMCNA has legal insurance that can help you with things like making a will, buying a house, or transferring property.
Other Benefits
FMCNA also helps employees adopt children and gives them discounts on Weight Watchers and Lasik eye surgery.
